Subscription Types and Billing:
HousingExperts.net is an online subscription service providing its members with access to a comprehensive database of real property information and other related services.
7 day Trial Membership: HousingExperts.net currently charges a subscription fee of $49.60 per month following a 7 day trial period. The monthly subscription fee is calculated from the day of the month that your paid subscription commences.
At the time you registered, you agreed to a specific term of subscription. For example, the term may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. The term of your subscription will automatically renew for indefinite successive renewal terms for the same period as the initial term unless terminated by you or HousingExperts.net. If you registered for a trial subscription, the initial term begins at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel during the trial period.
Trial subscriptions are only available to first time customers of the HousingExperts.net service and cannot be combined with any other offer. You must have Internet access and a valid credit card or debit card ("Payment Method") to register for our service. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans.
30 day Trial Membership: You will have full access to the service for 30 days for a nominal trial fee. If you do not cancel the service during the trial period, you will be billed $49.60 exactly 30 days, on the hour, from the date and time you originally registered. For example, if you signed up for the trial on January 1 at 2PM, you would be billed for the first month of service on January 31 at 2PM. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS UNTIL CANCELLED.
Your credit card may be subject to a PRE-AUTHORIZATION at the time of your order. THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION IS NOT A CHARGE TO THE CREDIT CARD. THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE MAY BE RESERVED AGAINST YOUR AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT OR AVAILABLE FUNDS BALANCE FOR COLLECTION AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD. Simply cancel prior to your trial period expiring and the pre-authorization will expire, releasing the hold of funds. Please contact your card issuing bank with questions regarding their pre-authorization policy.
HousingExperts.net may, at its discretion, offer various subscription terms on its Web site and the membership fees for such subscriptions will vary.
Content on the Web site and/or various services, whether offered by HousingExperts.net or third-party Service Providers, may require additional fees.
HousingExperts.net primarily charges a monthly subscription fee but other term time periods are available and apply to this agreement. Your HousingExperts.net subscription will be automatically renewed for successive terms unless cancelled. We will bill the subscription fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next term's subscription fees to your Payment Method.
You may cancel your subscription to HousingExperts.net at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. To cancel, click the link "Cancel" on the "My Account" page and follow the simple instructions provided. You may also cancel by telephone during business hours. Please call us at (800) 963-9281 from Monday-Friday, 6AM-6PM PST and Saturday-Sunday, 9AM-5PM PST.
If you are a customer and send an email to the website, or if you communicate with the site by phone or mail, the website collects information about your communication and by communicating with the site you give your permission to collect, archive, retrieve, and otherwise use any information collected as the site sees fit. Any communication which, in its sole discretion, the site deems to be a testimonial, may be publicized for commercial purposes.
